 All our online orders are shipped UPS Standard Ground, normally 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are determined by the dollar amount of your purchase before taxes. Shipping charges are as follows:

We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100.00 (tax not included) or more.

Returns / Exchange Instructions
 If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on Ebbalosangeles.com, please contact us by phone at 213.488.1390 or by email to obtain a return authorization. Returns and exchanges are allowed only within 10 days of receiving your order. Ebba Los Angeles does not offer refunds, only in-store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are at your own expense. In the case of damaged items, please contact the store.

Your return will be processed promptly upon it's arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Generally, processing and transit time for exchange packages is 7-10 full business days from the time your exchange is received.
